Lin Li, as the name suggests,“Good rain comes in passion；Rationality is of benefit to Nature”. Respect humanity, respect nature, and respect social fairness and justice are the goals to be pursued at Lin Li.
Human beings are part of nature, and human beings are also organizers and performers of natural order and social order. Heart is reason (-Wang Yangming). Therefore, it is vital to be kind to himself as well as towards others, to experience oneself and society, and to be natural. With benevolence, a rational person seeks to improve oneself, improve the surrounding environment and improve quality of life.
Chinese characters are hieroglyphics, and their metaphors are profound. The word "众" consists of three “人”，meaning three or more persons together. The word “仁" consists of two people, meaning “benevolence" towards each other. The word "众" ， three or more persons, includes the idea of “仁”，that people should bear “benevolence”towards each other.
In our limited span of life, man as an individual has independent value and purpose. Humans have the ability to think rationally and the empathy to give back to nature and society. From the perspective of life and the perspective of law, equality for all is where the rules of law and benevolence stand. The world is yours, the world is mine, but in the end, you and I, we and the world both belong to nature.
Natural law emphasizes rules, procedures, and reason. Respect the rules as if to respect yourself. No rules, no justice. "The Analects of Confucius" says: Do not unto others what you would not like others to do unto you. With mutual respect, benevolence and courtesy, social stability remains. Procedural justice is a kind of orderly process, which promotes a stable system of good governance. Respecting the procedure, examining the self and others, and understanding good governance are necessary for all people to live together and form the value of social justice. Rationality is a state of mind, with sincerity, good deliberation and humanity in sight. "The Doctrine of the Mean" says when happiness, anger, joy and sorrow are held in proportion, there is the Mean. This is a kind of "conscience" perspective of reason.
The present comes from the past, and bears the great future (Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz). So is China, and so are the Chinese people. Rationality is the result of self-observation and accumulative experience. It develops from each and every individual, keeps on making progress, and continues to live and grow.
